Make money on your own schedule with a scooter or a bike.
Use your app to go online whenever you’re in an area we cover, within our opening hours. While you’re online, choose the orders you want to accept. Stay online for as long as you like – it’s all up to you.
When you’re on the road, we’re with you – for help, advice and support, message or call us in the app. Your safety is our priority, so we’ll insure you in case of accidents, too. It’s totally free and applies from the moment you go online.
We pay a competitive fee for each order you deliver. You can earn tips from customers too, to help towards your earnings goals.
Take advantage of busy areas and earn more at evenings and weekends.
Our support teams are always with you. We offer safety training and equipment, too, as well as free accident cover while you’re on the road.
We’ll transfer your earnings weekly. Want to get paid faster? Cash out in the app daily.
You can choose to wear our highly visible, comfortable and breathable gear, suitable for the climate you’re riding in.

Once you’ve joined Deliveroo, here’s what to expect.

To ride a scooter you must be at least 18 years old. Secondly, it is mandatory to be in the possession of a (scooter) driving license and WAM-insurance (vehicle insurance). Please contact your insurance company to ensure that your insurance covers courier services.
Every rider with Deliveroo is protected with personal injury and third party liability insurance, completely free. This provides cover for injuries and protects you against the financial costs in the unfortunate event of an accident.
Cyclists and e-bikes (up to 25 km/h) are also covered by public liability insurance while working – and scooter riders are covered when they’re ‘off-vehicle’, for example, when walking to pick up and deliver orders. This protects you against claims made against you by other people, for their personal injury or property damage, as a result of an accident while riding.
You can view more information about this insurance cover, including policy terms and conditions, and excess fee details here.
Note: scooter riders will still need to have third-party liability insurance for their vehicle, as well as food delivery insurance.
Riders get paid for each delivery they make. The exact delivery fee varies per order and includes a variable distance fee. You will be told of the delivery fee payable before you accept the order. Your total earnings depend on the moment(s) you work (peak / non-peak) and how many orders you decide to accept.
Fees are paid every two weeks. If you want your fees sooner, you can use our cash out feature in the app, for a €0,50 fee.
Riders keep 100% of any tips they receive and these are paid at the same time as the rest of your fees.
After you have completed all the steps of the application process, you will automatically be linked to Shopify where you can order your starter pack with a 100% discount.
