Regular Riding

When you are 16 years or older you can work with Deliveroo by the regular riding model. This is a contract for services. Regular riding means that:

  • you can earn up to €648,48 every four weeks per July 1st, 2022
  • you do not need a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration
  • you have an EEA nationality

If you exceed the limit, your account will be temporarily blocked until the four weeks have passed. Are you doing this twice? Then you can only continue working with Deliveroo as a limitless rider.

  • How does riding with Deliveroo work?

Working with Deliveroo is based on an agreement for services. There are two possibilities:

    • Regular riding: you can earn up to a limit of €648,48 per four weeks. If you reach or exceed this earnings threshold, your account will be temporarily placed on hold until the end of the 4-week period. If this happens twice, you can only continue working as a Limitless rider. Read more about this model here.
    • Limitless riding: Ride without a limit. We require a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and a VAT number, which you can get by registering at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Please note: if you do not have an EEA nationality, this is your only option to work with Deliveroo.
  • How much do I earn?

Per order that you deliver, you'll receive a fee. Your total earnings depend on the moment(s) you work (peak / non-peak) and how many orders you decide to accept. Both long and short rides should be equally attractive to you. We're constantly balancing this. As always, you can decide whether or not to accept an order.

Sometimes, there are extra earnings available. These earnings come on top of the regular fee per order. Click here for more information about (extra) earnings.
